Aspire (Ālo Strategic Product Innovation with Results and Excellence) is a STEPS paradigm-based end-to-end software product innovation and product management methodology and process that unifies concepts from Systems Science with Design Thinking (IDEO), JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done) Theory (Tony Ulwick and Clayton Christensen) & OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method with an emphasis on strategy, combining the methodologies of Blue Ocean Strategy (Renée Mauborgne and W.
